Dear Bettinna,
I was introduced to your videos by a neighbour, right after a surgery, which adds to the lot I've had.
I've always thought sports and healthy living are the most positive attitude towards any problem that you might have with health.
In fact, my immediate question when I learn that I will have a surgery is 'When can I go back to training again?'
I had done pilates before, but had never found the right balance between strength and concentration.
Your videos are incredible and for some reason, give me much more than just physical exercise. I actually feel renewed and happy.
This is coming from a person who is more into action sports and adrenaline.
Bettinna, I could go on and on. In fact, the last time I wanted to write to you I ended up in 10 pages, which I am saving for a book.
However, just wanted to encourage you to continue to share your knowledge and experience with others. Recovery is about making sure that you bring your body back to where it belongs with your brain and your muscles, and I feel that this is the message you convey with your videos.
Thank you for sharing this with others - and with me - and I really hope that you keep inspiring others through the magic of exercise.

Thank you for writing and please go ahead and put them on your reference. I am more than happy to support a great professional.
I will also share the venepumpe exercises with my parents in Ecuador, because it is a fantastic way to lift the body and increase circulation. I think it will really help my dad who is a dialysis patient and needs his circulation to be at its very best.
